Invitation
The METEOREX Exhibition of Meteorological Instruments, Related Equipment and Services takes place in Helsinki, Finland, from 31 August to 2 September 2010. It is expected to gather around 100 providers of meteorological instruments and services from around the world. The exhibition will take place in connection with two large-scale meteorological conferences, WMO-TECO and WMO-CIMO, which will all be held at the same location from 30 August to 8 September 2010. The events are jointly organized by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI). You are warmly welcome to Helsinki!

Venue
The meetings will take place in Wanha Satama ("Old Harbour") which is situated within walking distance from the Helsinki city center and market square. Katajanokka is an old harbour area and Wanha Satama's historical brick walls provide pleasant stage for Meteorex exhibition. The street address for the premises is Pikku Satamakatu 3-5, 00161 Helsinki, Finland.

Registration and information for METEOREX participants
We offer to you an exhibition stand for the price of 2500 EUR. This fee is valid until 31st of May 2010 (after 31.5. 2700 EUR). VAT 22% will be added to all prices. There is no entrance fee for visitors, but pre-registration is required for those who have not registered to TECO or CIMO via WMO. Please prepare to identify yourself upon arrival to the exhibition. Ready-made Meteorex exhibitor stand package includes: space rent 12m2, partition backwalls and sidewalls, carpet, basic electricity 12A 230V, 3 plug points, halogen spot lights, facial board, company name printed to the front of your stand, construction and dismantling. In addition to package stand above you will only need furniture, decoration and your products.
